To all Ilink gurus,
I am trying to perform a where-used report in INTRALINK, but the current report shows the entire usage history for a particluar object. What I need is to have the report show where-used on the latest objects in the database. For example, I perform a where-used on the latest version/revision of a hex bolt. The where-used report shows usage on all versions/revisions of an assembly. If the latest assembly is pulled up, that hex bolt is not used there, but it is telling me that it is, but on a previous version from some time ago. Hopefully some of you will understand what I am trying to do here. I am doing a mass replace for hex bolts in our system, and it is showing usage in places from old revisions. I need to know the current places where it is used.
