Windchill 8.0 domain migration error

We are in process of migrating our windchill server domain . Accordingly we made modifications in windchill too. like changing ldap as per new domain name, making changes to database adn site.xconf file . deleting windchill cache and changed the domain of the windchill server as per the company new domain server adn tried starting windchill.

Windchill does not start and Method server throws error. In the method server log , see a message saying " Prinicpal already exists:users".

Not able to trace our the error.

Please suggest.

PS: We have windchill server configured on windows 2003 enterprise edition virtual server andit worked absolutely fine for 2 years.

turn on the wt.adapter.verbose, it will throw out some information as to
which adapter it is talking about.....you can go check if there is a
duplicate node

We got the issue resolved. We did check our database entries and got the isseu resovled.
