Windchill 8.0 to 9.1 Upgrade

Has anyone completed a Windchill 8.0 to 9.1 upgrade? If so could you please post the steps you took. I have my source system setup I am just having a hard time setting up my target system.

I've personally done a lot of Windchill 8.0 to 9.1 upgrade. Our company can
