Windchill-CATIA Update, Syncronization Problem

Hello,

We have Windchill 10.2 and CATIA V5R22.

Are there any indispensable rules or settings in CATIA or Windchill for a steady PLM system ? Sometimes we face update and synronization problems in a collaborative design project.

Can you provide more detail regarding the types of update/sync issues you face?

A product/part doesnt come to correct position in CATIA. If we remove everything in workspace, then we can see all updated data

To clarify, you're saying that the parts randomly appear out of position within the assemblies? If so, are you using flexible assemblies? Flexible assemblies are not currently supported with Windchill PDMLink (see CS219398). Some other limitations are also documented in CS192576.
