Currently IT is experimenting with replacing McAfeeVirus scan with Webroot SecureAnywhere. They'vedone this on several PCs as a test. McAfee had been set to ignore / not scanthe Windchill cache as recommeded by PTC. However Webroot SecureAnywhere supposedly does not have a "don't scan files / activity in this folder" setting. Per Webroot their software works differently so such a setting isn't necessary. I don't buy it, but I'm not a scanning software expert. Does anyone have experience with Webroot SecureAnywhere?
