When trying to connect to Windchill server from MS Office document, after put username and password this error appears:

I would strongly suggest opening a call with PTC Technical Support on this issue. You have provided all the platform information, but it would be good to go through an interactive diagnosis with PTC TC to find the root cause of this error. I'm guessing it could have something to do with the server URL and/or the 32/64bit of the DTI client application, but I'm sure the details are in the log files.
