Windchill Method Server StackOverflow error

We have been having the following error after a rehost:

2024-04-18 12:05:08,566 FATAL [main] wt.method.server  - MethodServerMain abort java.lang.StackOverflowError
  at wt.util.WTProperties.getProperty(WTProperties.java:1421)
  at wt.util.WTSystemProperties.getProperty(WTSystemProperties.java:100)
  at java.base/java.lang.System.getProperty(System.java:854)
  at java.base/sun.net.NetProperties.get(NetProperties.java:94)

It does not happen initially and the new instance will run fine but if we restart the instance of Windchill or refresh the database, we are presented with that error. I have tried to resolve this with CS370256 but we are stuck at this point.

Which version of Windchill? Did you use the rehost script, or manually rehost?

We are using Windchill 12.0.2.4. 

We ran the rehost script.
