Windchill Preference Management - Reset to Default

I have a user that is experiencing some issues that I don't see logged in as another user. I don't know if he has changed any of his Windchill Preferences? Is there a easy way for me to reset all preferences to default, not the site ones just his user ones.

I'm not aware of any tools of that. But add the column Context to the preference table. Expand everything and search for User. Then you will find the settings the user did by his own and set those to default again.
