A better description of what you need to do would help get a better answer.

You can configure Windchill to publish drawings at check-in time, state change time, promotion request submittal, etc.

You will need the CreoView Adapter setup for the publishing. The published file can be in a number of formats, we use PDF.

With the CreoView client installed, the file can be opened from Windchill.
