Windchill Requirements Connector - API

Hello,
Currently I am working with Windchill Requirement Connector which is helpful to create export from one tools to other. I would like to automate work with this tools to have possibility do automatic export. From my observation I have possibility to use batch mode Using batch mode for Windchill Requirement Connector or Remote API To start a new PTC Requirements Connector application on the server. I investigated batch mode and Remote API. Both potentiality do not allow me to create a project and export the items with API but only help me with automate export. Very important is API which will help me automate all work: create the project, create the roundtrip and do export. Exist some API which will help me to automate this job?

Aside from the admin and user'd guide, do you know of any overview presentations, docs or software matrices for this connector? I had not heard of this before. Is its function to shuffle requirements from a ALM system to Windchill? Or is this used in a migration project as a one time only tool?
