One of my Users has been successfully using Workgroup Manager 11.0 M030CPS06 for months. Today, the software will no longer open. He rebooted his computer but that did not help. No one else is reporting this problem. He is reluctant to uninstall and reinstall the program due to the number of files he has locally that are not checked in yet. Any ideas? What would you do or try?
A Windows update probably messed something up. I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling. This shouldn't have any impact on the cache, since that's stored somewhere else. (If you're worried, just make copy the cache folder for the time being.)
