Does anyone have a practical solution to streamline the communication about the availability of Windchill between the members of the company group?
Suppose you have one centralised Windchill implementation, with several replicated satellites. How do you keep in touch with remote admins and remote users? About a system crash, a performance issue, an upcoming maintenance shutdown, configuration issues, ...
Mailing back and forth is out of the question. Windchill is obviously not an option as well. I'm looking for a low level portal, maybe a forum somewhere on the internet ...
