Been having some problems with a few family table items. When anyone tries to open this certain pro/e part file (that has a family table inside) it corrupts their workspace to the point they have to exit out of pro/e and delete the workspace before starting pro/e again. The error message from the event manager is: SERVER ERROR: Cannot retrieve family table neutral data. Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
We are using windchill 9.0 M060 and WF4.

Hi we had this issue in 2011 with 9.1 M050 but as it happened the issue was not related to Windchill but Oracle.
A support engineer applied a patch, I know that PTC got involved directly
