Starting Friday morning about 40 users can not log into Windchill. They enter there Windows login account information with no problems then IE just sits there. Another side effect is it causes the CPU on the Windchill server to max out CPU @ 100% and it stays there until I restart Windchill.
Windchill is currently connected to the corp. LDAP. We are running 9.1 m060.
We have tried created a new AD account to test and have no issues logging in.
Any idea what may be causing Windchill to not allow access?
PTC is working hard to fix our issues but where on our 3rd day.
