Windchill status = SITE NOT RESPONDING

Hello All,

I have a test server with WC10 which was working fine earlier. After 2 months again when i start the server, it gives below error:

It says method server started. but, when i try to open the url, it will not even open the login page. in method server it says "SITE NOT RESPONDING". Please let me know how it can be solved apart from reinstalling the server.

Please check the webserver port no. in wt.properties.

If the site is a Replica Server , pls check if the WC services are up and running.
