Worker Agent and Windchill Server with SSL

On our 9.1 M050 server, I set up the worker agent through the Windchill UI, and did the proe config on the server, along with installing Wildfire 4 M170 on the server. The Worker Agent starts up with no problem, but when I try to publish a ProE part, I get connection errors(Failed to register Windchill server "https://sschawking.ndc.nasa.gov/Windchill"). We recently had to add SSL to our production server, and was wondering if anyone else had seen this problem. We have no problems with our non-SSL development servers.

What error(s) are you seeing?

This reminds of some difficulty we had at first when using HTTPS - we had to add the (self-signed) SSL certificates used by the SSL endpoint into the Windchill JVM. Also, leveraging some of the techniques described in http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/WebObjects/Web_Services/How_to_Trust_Any_SSL_Certificate have proved helpful for this sort of issue.

The errors were caused by Wildfire on the server and Internet Explorer not working. Our sys admins discovered we needed to apply a patch to fix the NOCA certificates. This fixed IE working on the SSL server, which fixed Wildfire, which made the Worker Agent work and finally publish our ProE assmeblies. Many thanks to all who responded!
