No help from tech support yet on this one -hopefully someone knows and will answer while I wait for them (call placed 10 days ago). We are starting to check "Authentication Required" for some workflow assignments, resulting in the user having to enter their password to select "Complete Task."
The OTB text presented to the user for the assignment when this is configured is something like "Additional authentication is required to complete this task." Management wants us to add something to this indicating that the user is applying a legal electronic signature. So, question is how do we customize this text?
Seems like a very simple thing - just haven't found where to do this yet.
