Workspace objects do not show the most recent changes in Commonspace

Hello, We are trying to troubleshoot an issue with multiple users working on the same assembly and need some help please. A briefsummary:

User A modifies an assembly and checks it in. User B opens the assembly in an existingWorkspace and it does not show the recent modifications. Both the Workspace and Commonspace assemblies appear to be the same revision, but are different. The Workspace status icons dont show anything unusual. IfUser B createsa new workspace and opens the assembly the most recent modifications will appear.

Is this a cache issue, and is there a Best Practice to help prevent this?

Thanks!

Turn on the compare status column. Most likely the model is simply out of date.

Thank you Steve. There are others who replied as well, but dont show up in the online list (?)

The out-of-date issue makes sense, but in the latest occurance the revisions were identical in the WS and CS, and both Update and Synchronize did not change the model in the WS. I will add the column for Out-of-Date going forward and see if that can help at least identify the issues.
