Is it possible to just copy the Windchill CREO cache: C:\users\username\appdata\roaming\ptc\... to a new computer and have Windchill recognize the locally modified files? As long as the path remains the same?
First copy the cache folder to the same location ,and then login to windchill ,I am very sure you can find all the new part ,try and let me know how it goes
