delete workspace user does not have the necessary authorization

Hi all,

In our windchill 11 installation, the users can only create a workspace, but don't can delete.

In photo the error.

I found this article:

Access permission for deleting a workspace in Windchill PDMLink

But this permission already existing in windchill.

If I acces with site admin, I can delete workspace of others user.

How I can fix this problem?

I found the problem.
A policy on WTObject that prevented deletion.
