documents are not opening properly in product view using Internet Explorer

Documents are not opening properly in product view using Internet Explorer, after opening a document in product view next windows opens but everything displays grey there. Anyone have any idea ?

Hello Vaibhav

What version of IE you have? If you are using IE 11 then you have problem. Downgrade to IE 10 or 9 and check.

Hello Mohammed,

Well I have tried this to open in almost every IE means from 11 to 8 version but error is same , but later what I noticed that there is one Add On "pview control" in IE if only this is present in IE then there is no problem in any IE but if there is one more AddOn "pvversionchecker" then it is creating a problem . And disabling this AddOn is not working.
