generate correct number sequence.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0

I Have created new sub type of ECN and created new number sequence for that, but it did not generate correct number sequence.

Kind of need more here. Perhaps show us your OIR file and some screenshots and what your intended sequence was to be. Please rework your question.

If you are using a database sequence generated number, it will jump depending on your settings in the DB. The numbers tend to 'restart' at an increment of 10 by default, depending on how long since the last number was pulled.
