linking Risk&Reliability part database with Windchill PLM properties

Hi,

 

I am looking to know if it is possible to get component data needed for "Prediction -

 217Plus, FIDES, MIL-HDBK-217" in Risk&Reliability from component data in Windchill PLM? Up till now we have dedicated parts libraries in the tool but some basic component data could be synced with PLM data.  Is this possible or is the R&R tool standalone ?
