method call failure about wt.method.RemoteMethodServer under eclipse

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.11

I set up a developing environment for the programmer,then make a simple application to invoke the method of wt.method.RemoteMethodServer.But I didn't succeed.
Windchill verison: 12.0.2.11
Eclipse:4.17.0
Java: 11.0.19
I

Your class is not defined or is not located in the Windchill location

the correct class location for  HelloWindchill.class should be .../Windchill/codebase/com/ folder
