need help with error message fault tree module

In Relex 2011, Quality Solutions,Windchill, Fault tree module

I can start a FTA but then get a Login failed for user 'faulttree'.

I can close the alert box and continue working for awhile then it returns.

this cycle repeats.

I can create a new project, create a system file under that project and name it, but I cannot get it to open.

Have you contacted technical support regarding this?  This sounds like something that would be addressed through Tech Support.  You'll want to get a Tech Support ticket as a starting point.
