We have an issue when we start Creo2.
Almost every morning we have to start twice because we get a "fatal error..." popup at first start up.
it is as follows> start Creo2>logon password>click on Work space then the error occurs.......
if Creo2 is closed during the day and we start again, we can have several "Fatal error...." pop ups before getting thru to server

Did you try clearing/renaming the local cache - C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire\.wf?
Also clear the browser cache as well?
Seemed to be problems running 32bit machines and Creo.
We have upgraded to Creo3 still with 32bit system and our problems with that issue is solved.
Croe3 is though not running very well on 32bit system.
Now we are waiting for 64bit system to be installed during the spring of 2016
Did you try enabling 3GB Switch, try once

This problem is solved and will need no further action from our side.
