state based filters on reference documents

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.2

How to have reference documents into a package depending on the state of the document? I would like to add a wtpart associated with some reference documents of a particular state into a package. Filters in structure tab of the part or in the package does not get applied for reference documents.

Your post appears well documented but has not yet received any response. I am replying to raise awareness. Hopefully, another community member will be able to help.

Also, feel free to add any additional information you think might be relevant. It sometimes helps to have screenshots to better understand what you are trying to do.

I'm experiencing the same issue, and would like to know if anyone else has found a solution.

Hi @BD_11091511

As the article says it works to product spec.

You have two options.

Create an Idea to implement such function - you would wait for it almost a decade 😄 or

You can just develop own function that can do what you need.

You need create own customization maybe own wizard where you could use own collection logic to collect all objects based on your criteria.
