wcadmin is no longer active

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.2 and Datecode with CPS 11.2.1.17

After update of release to 11.2.1.17 wcadmin (Administrator) is no longer active. All other users are working right but wcadmin no. I can't publish cad document in this way

What does it mean not active? you forgot password? 

Usually you need to add the visualization user to a license group that allows them to open models in creo by worker.

Do you have another site admin user?

If publishing does not work, check the visualization logs and worker logs.

wcadmin not see all menu, orgadmin yes but wcadmin no.

This is problem with disabled profiles, remove the admin from all groups

then you'll see all be fine. 

Exclusion group usually is added to others license groups that uses disabled profiles, and the disabled profiles case this behavior.

the problem is i'm not able to make any changes. if i login with orgadmin i can't modify any groups or profiles.

This is workaround

Log in as a wcadmin 

go to administrators on the site you should see this

go to the wcadmin user detail page

use Actions and edit the user, 

remove them from all groups and profiles

Try a refresh of the screen. I see that with my Windchill 12.0.2 system.

Sometimes when I first login, I only get a few of the menu items displayed and then refresh the screen and all the menu items appear.

Use workaround 1 on this support page.  Once you have access to the profile for wcadmin, remove it from all license related groups (including license exclusion).

@TomU and @HelesicPetr , you are on the right track, I had this issue when I was upgrading to 12. I had the wcadmin in the exclusion group in addition to Administrators group. You can try fixing it with another site administrator, remove the exclusion group from wcadmin since its already in there cause they are part of Administrators. The only group I have them part of is Administrators.
