have you tried stopping the cad worker(s) and restarting them in verbose mode from Site, Utilities, Worker Agent Admin? This will add some additional output to the worker log files that may help in diagnosing the problem. there are lots of CS Articles on Creo View Adapters on the PTC Support site.
