Hi Rick,

Can you please provide more information on the Windchill Version & CAD application that you are trying to register?

If you can explain on steps followed where you are observing the exit, it will be helpful for analysis.

Pankaj,

I have resolved my issue.

The first thing I did was to run WGM in administrator mode.

 

The next thing I needed to do was set the environment variable PTC_WLD_ROOT to my new home directory.

 

The path to my old account had a dot in the pathname which WGM did not like.
