18067434/ Reference Designator Error (???ReferenceDesignator???) in Windchill 13.1.2.4 – Load From File Utility

Hello Experts,

The customer is currently using Windchill 13.1.2.0 and is encountering an issue with the Load From File utility where the Reference Designator column shows an error (???ReferenceDesignator???) in the UI. when attempting to create a relationship with existing parts using the Reference Designator column, the same error (???ReferenceDesignator???>) is encountered.

Observations

• When using the unit "each" in the XML file, the issue is not observed
• Testing was performed on Windchill 13.1.2.0, and the issue could not be reproduced
• We also tested by using an internal unit name ("m"), and the issue was not reproducible on the same server
