Promotion Request - Workflow Delivered Tasks

I am looking for information that would direct me to the correct file or set of files that contain the informatino presented on the Promotion Requests >History >Routing Process History UI.

I am lokking for the task approvers and the dates they approved th etask so I can gather this information and push it to the Promotion Objects.

Does anyone have any idea where to being searching?
