rum-static.pingdom.net script error

Users who use the AutoCAD WWGM are getting a script error with a URL of http://rum-static.pingdom.net/prum.min.js This appears to have started after a maintenance update by IT, nothing Windchill related that I know of has been updated recently. We are on WC 10.2 M020, Creo 2.0 M110, and AutoCAD 2014. Any ideas where this might becoming from? Thanks

Is the WGM homepage set?

Do you get it with Mozilla as browser as well as IE?

(I can explain these further if needed)

We are experiencing this also with Inventor & AutoCAD WWGM. It started after we changed our home page to http://www.ptc.com/product/windchill. Our IS department believes it was an update to the site.

My IS department reports there is an article & SPR for this already.

In the wgmclient.ini file, uncomment the java.script.errors line and change it to Hide and run

# Control the display and execution of the java script error dialogs.
# If the dialog is presented, the user can choose whether to stop or continue running the script.
# * Show - Show the java script error dialogs.
# * Hide and run - Hide the dialog and continue running the script.
# * Hide and stop - Hide the dialog and stop the script.
#java.script.errors=Show

java.script.errors=Hide andrun

Steve, that makes sense because the Creo users are not getting it. Our homepage for Creo users is set to an internal page, but WWGM is not. Where do I set the WWGM homepage?

Stephen, In the South, if someone tells youthat you can't do something, if you want to get smart you reply "Hide and watch". "Hide and Run" sounds rather non-machoso I dont know that I will try that... 🙂 I maygive that a try if I cant get the home page set, althoughI'm not sure I want to hide all script errors.
