BOM balloons created on PDF export

All -


I have a user who is exporting an assembly drawing to a PDF format. When he does this, the PDF creates BOM balloons for everything in the assembly including duplicates and items not shown (partial views, etc). Any ideas why this might happen or how we keep it from happening? We are on WF4.0, M160.

Don't know if this will help you, but I had this very thing happen to me
just the other day with a user... Turns out that my issue was Win XP.
I have a winXP-64 machine, and a Win7-64 machine, both loaded with
WF4-M220, and the same version of Adobe reader X. (don't know if the adobe
thing matters or not.) The WinXP-64 machine would show all kinds of
extra bom balloon stuff on my multi page drawings, yet my Win7-64 machine
would export the same drawing perfectly.
