BOM pagination major problem

Creo 2.0-m090
The BOM on my drawing is too big to fit fully on a E-size sheet. So I set the extents and added another segment.
When I plot or switch sheets, it loses the second segment of the BOM. I have to clear the extents and add the segment again.
Way it's supposed to look:
