Customize INFO BOM

I used to create customized BOM's using [INFO] [BOM]
THIS IS NOT A DRAWING BOM.

You point to this file in the CONFIG.PRO with bom_format.

I think I know how to manipulate the "SEED" file that drives the BOM, I just don't have the file.

Does anyone have a customized bom format file like this that they would share?
AGAIN - This is NOT a drawing BOM.

I think it's a *.tbl file, but I can't remember, age stinks...

The system default is:
PRO_INSTALL_DIR/text/format.bft

I have attached one (estimator.bft) I was playing with sometime ago.
