ProductView Express - Stand alone program or browser plugin?
Does anyone know if ProductView Express can be installed as strictly a browser plug-in? The download page states "With ProductView Express, others can view your Pro/ENGINEER files without having Pro/ENGINEER installed. Your extended team can view parts, assemblies, and drawing just by installing this free browser plug-in." However,when a technician installed it he noted "I have found that this is not just a browser plug-in, but a separate application as well." Our site allows browser plug-ins, but stand alone programs must be approved through an arduous process. Is there anyway to run this strictly as a browser plug-in? Thanks for any help/advice.
