Add Obround in Sketcher

Please enhance Creo Parametic's sketcher to include commonly used shapes, specifically an obround. I realize that I can get any shape via the sketch pallete, however, that functionality is difficult to use, at best.

Actually this is what user defined features do. But yes, it is not easy enough to build a library for all users to understand.
