Easy one this time:
Is there a way to determine to what part files and assemblies a given layout
is declared?
I know I can look in Relations, Where Used, but that means about 20 mouse
clicks and a regenerate for every single parameter. Life is too short!
I thought I could do it using ModelCheck, because there is a 'Layouts'
check, but I can't get it to report anything, even when I run MC on a part
to which I know the layout is declared.
Do you have any better ideas?
I would like to know everywhere the layout is used, because, having reverted
back to an earlier version, it could be that the later version was declared
to a part and used in relations. If those relations fail, Pro/E does not
mention it, unless I deliberately go to Relations in that part and look. It
would be handy to have a list of places to look.
