Attaching images to CAD rather than Workplanes

Hello!

Currently using 20.5.2.0.

First time post from myself. I have been using CREO now for about three years, and feel like I have a pretty good handle on working with it. However, I am yet to find a way to create a render that has a .jpeg images attached to it.

I have a CAD model with a selection of labels currently shown as .jpegs on a work plane which I have attached to their respective locations on the design, however rendering doesn't recognise these images due to them being on a work plane.

Is there a way to attach these images to the CAD model rather than the work planes which will allow me to create a render with the .jpeg images showing?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

You can apply .jpeg files as a texture to model surfaces in Creo.

Example of how it is done.

You're on Creo Parametric board, maybe you meant to be on Creo Elements/Direct possibly? I'm saying this because your software version more closely matches that than Parametric.

If so, we can ask the moderator to move the post.
