Blended/Stippled Transparency options not available in Creo 7.0.7.0
Blended/Stippled Transparency options not available in Creo 7.0.7.0 even tough they are present in previous Creo 6.x and in the Creo 7 documentation too.

You're right, the UI changed in Creo Parametric 7.0 which does not propose anymore access to the Transparency Options drop down box (previously proposed in earlier versions):
- This change of behavior is intentional, and we officially documented it in article 330287
- Controlling Blended or Stippled Transparency in Creo Parametric 7.0 (and later) remain neverthless possible via value of config option blended_transparency which can be set to:
- Independent (see Help Center here😞 Gives a high-quality, order-independent (known as "OIT" in characteristics documentated for the graphic cards) transparent effect to the model. The effect is produced from hardware-accelerated graphics cards.
- yes which stands for Stippled Transparency
- no which stands for Blended Transparency
- We document the yes & no values in our article 78784
