Facing issue of simulating Bowden cable routing on CAD which would match with physical routing on Vehicle. Through experience found out that using splines takes me closer to the physical routing(points used for spline creation must have a guide on vehicle no extra points used). But i need the spline stiffness to be a user input in spline feature which would allow me to simulate different bowden cable constructions and diameters. Since the stiffness is same for spline i will end up with same routing for any dia/ construction of bowden cable but in reality the routing will be different since stiffness of cables would be different.
