We made some cabling for our units using existing wiring diagrams, wire length are approximate as we match what we see in pictures and diagram. Our team wants the wire length to match 100% what the drawing says, but as wiring is mostly free sketch we don't know if it's possible to match the exact dimensions we have on our diagrams.
We use Creo Parametric 8.0.8.0 with Cabling application.

You can automate a solution to this problem of modifying the cable route path such that it meets a desired length by using the Creo BMX (behavioral modeling extension) module. Once you set up the problem you can run a feasibility study to determine if the goal is possible (match a length). If it is possible then you can accept the solution and Creo will update the cable path for you.
I would use BMX on a simplified part outside of Pro/Cable to analyze the length of a 3D curve for each cable route. If you do not have the license for BMX then it is probably quicker for you to use physical mock ups and route the cable of the desired length to see if you can make it work. You would then use physical measures to reroute the cables in Creo to match the length.

Thank you for providing an answer, I don't think we have BMX. So far what I can do is to measure every wire and make it as approximately as possible.
Thanks again.
Not sure if you want something automated, but if not, you can define the length of a cable using the Fix Length command (inside Cabling|Route). First, use the Cable Length (Cabling|Info) to check the entire dimension, then use the Fix Length in some portion that allows a little slack (curves that don't reach the bend limit are the best option), since the cables are defined as the minimum length possible, your diagrams should have an extra. This Fix Length command is particularly good when rerouting an old cable that you don't want to replace by a smaller cable.
Hi @Zatrok
Perhaps I missed something in your request. The curve you create with Creo is measurable. If you can measure the cable, you'll know how long you need..
If you don't have BMX, try using the User Defined Analysis feature (UDA).
