Losing 3D Data which is updated in offline mode

Losing 3D Data which is updated in offline mode

There was a Windchill update last Friday, so I worked in offline mode in CREO program but didn't export the model to my local disk. Now, I can't find it in my workspace. Is there any way to recover it?

I don’t necessarily need the latest version—if there's a backup from last Monday or any earlier version, that would work for me as well.

  1. What steps did you take while working in offline mode?
  2. Did you see any error messages?
  3. Is there anyone else who might have access to the workspace?
  4. Can you please share a screenshot? it will help to better understand what you are trying to do in your process.

Thank you for your interest. I contacted the IT department and they resolved the issue by exporting the backup file. The problem is solved.
