Can't edit width factor.

Hello all !!
When I create a note & go to property option, the width factor option is not editable. Is there any detail option or config option to edit this option ?

I am using Creo 4.0

Hi,

 

I think width factor is related to Creo fonts, not to TTF fonts. What fonts do you use ? Please attach a picture.
