Can we create simplified rep in family table for instance level

Can we create simplified rep in family table for instance level(larger assemblies).How can we do that. Pro-e not allows to do create simply rep in instance level. Any suggestion

In Pro-E wildfire 3 , can we create simplified rep in family table for instance level. Please find image for your reference. If not what is the suggest method
