I am attempting to install Creo Parametric 2 on a VMWare virtual machine running Windows 7 Pro x64.
This is a test environment, and I want to install using the student edition product code (that came with Precision LMS - PTC University).
When I get to the point of entering the sales order number (product code), that field is greyed out.
I cannot type anything.
However, this field is enabled if installing on a real PC.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
Is it a bug? Or is PTC blocking installation on VM's?
