Cannot retrieve files after crash

Dear community,

I'm facing frequent crashes in Creo, particularly when using Render Studio on large assemblies. Thankfully, PTC has implemented a feature to recover files after a crash. However, I've encountered an issue where the "Open" button is always grayed out, preventing me from accessing the recovered files.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

ok, it seems that if I wait long enough i can click it. just that creo keeps crashing right after...
