Center line of slot hole

On a sheet metal drawing, there are holes and slot hole. I found that Creo did not recognize the center line or axis of the slot hole. How can I make these center line shown on the drawing or the best way to solve it? Thanks.

Add two points (geometry points, not construction points) in the extrude slot feature's sketch where your centers are;  These will turn into datum axes when extruded; then show them on the drawing as needed.
