Centrelines

Using WF 4.0, When I create a drawing, no centrelines appear.

How can I make the centrelines appear in my drawings?

While in WF4....

Display the Axes...

Annotate "Show Erase" Datums select all....Something to that effect.

I am on WF5 and have not used WF4 for a long long time. Hence, quoting from memory.
